Organize inbound/outbound shipments, coordinate transportation, prepare and ship finished product and receive all raw materials in a timely and efficient manner. Will perform the following responsibilities in on-site warehouse in Leominster, MA and off-site warehouse in Clinton, MA.

  • Shipments – Using M3 as the source of documentation, organize finish goods for shipment, assembles documents and cross checks outgoing shipments;       determines and organizes combined shipments; works closely with all trucking companies to ensure timely pick up and deliveries (tracking and tracing); prepares all materials for UPS and air freight shipments; verifies and completes paperwork necessary for export shipments
  • Receiving - receiving and unloading of incoming raw material, R&D supplies and other general purchases in a safe, timely and accurate manner; ensure proper inspections are done on all receipts and purchaser is notified of all unacceptable goods’ and unacceptable good are returned in a timely and proper manner with appropriate paperwork; assist Supervisor to ensure M3 is updated in a timely manner.
  • Material Handling – relocate, stack, re-stack and organize finished product and raw materials from various locations throughout the plant to organized location within the warehouse or loading station.
  • Data maintenance/ M3 – Assist Supervisors to ensure all inventory movement is recorded in M3 in a timely and accurate manner. Maintains files on trucking companies, UPS procedures, motor freight classifications, air freight procedures.
  • Inventory - Assists in the organizing of finished goods in the warehouse and to maintain accurate computerized inventory records. Conducts month end physical inventories
  • Compliance - processes and procedures in accordance with ISO and M3 guidelines.
  • Communications - Communicates regularly with production personnel, quality control, customer service and supervisor to coordinate shipping activities.       Frequently communicates with supervisor to inform of problems and issues concerning shipping and receiving.
  • Office Support - Operates office equipment such as fax, copier, computer, etc. Uses good office habits to insure accuracy and good organization.
  • Team Player - Behaving in a professional manner, maintaining a positive attitude, and participating as a team player at all times.

Qualifications & Competencies


  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Able to read and write English
  • Overtime is expected for business needs and vacation coverage.
