Responsibilities

In this role as Customer Data Coordinator you will be responsible for providing ERP (Movex/M3) Customer Maintenance creation and support for all businesses globally. Duties include:

  • Primary responsibility is to enter, create, and maintain customer account setup
  • Ensure timely updates of movex /M3 maintenance requests for all global regions
  • Maintain pricing and customer files including specifications and quality forms
  • Coordinate with Sales for resolutions of customer issues
  • Communicate to Sales, Industry Managers, Admin., CSR’s of completed priority changes
  • Position requires a great ability for attention to detail as well as the ability to audit transactions.
  • Perform tactical requirements set for basic account setup
    • Adapt setup to individual business/ regional requirements
    • Understand and implement levels of complexity which are dependent on established business rules for those particular businesses
  • Participate and support all projects related to customer master data for the following locations TAUS TAUK TABV in all systems
  • Assists with design and any upgrades to forms, software, program implementations and/or system enhancements
  • EDI liaison between customer service SPS and IT. Assists in new EDI customer set ups and ensures all transactions are processed timely and accurately while determining root cause analysis on failed transmission.
  • Resolve customer invoice and order acknowledgement transmission failures
  • Responsible for Master Control maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Establishes, maintains and provides analytical and statistical reports as required for analysis and distribution, including audit reports, CS metrics and OTIF reports for all businesses.
  • Participates on team projects as required.
  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years administrative experience 
  • Ability to work with SMS, Cognos, Impromptu, Lotus Notes, Excel, and Word
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Movex/M3, JD Edwards, SAP etc)
  • Position requires a great ability for attention to detail as well as the ability to audit transactions and procedures.
