The Technical Support Analyst monitors, supports, and maintains all technical activities as they relate to the iSeries, peripheral equipment, operating system software, and associated third party software. This person will resolve all technical issues, problems, and concerns on a timely basis and investigate, analyze, and recommend improvements in processes.
