In this role you will be an integral part of a multi-functional team, which strives to be the industry leader in customer service. In this role you will develop strong customer relationships and focus on achieving customer satisfaction by receiving, entering and confirming orders determining product availability and delivery schedules and resolving customer disputes. This position is the principal in-house contact with our customers and is responsible for the delivery of quality service to our customers. You will be responsible for the following duties:
