    Responsibilities

    The Helpdesk Coordinator is responsible for call answering, logging, routing, and follow up in support of the user community.

    • On a daily basis, logs and routes all user help requests through calls, email and chat as well as walk up’s.
    • On a daily basis provides first level support.
    • Responsible for tagging and assigning all new equipment.
    • Responsible for organization of all hardware inventories.
    • Monitors user synchronization, cleans up OU in AD
    • Assist 1st level Technical Support Specialist with password resets, printer resets, etc.

    Qualifications & Competencies

    • Associate degree or equivalent training.
    • Position requires between 1-2 years of Desktop Support/Help Desk varied experience.
    • Organization is key in this position as well as attention to detail.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple inputs of information.
    • Position requires extensive communication skills in order to gather pertinent information for ticket logging.
